Responsibilities
Define and execute BI strategy for Panel Health, ensuring adoption and measurable outcomes
Design and maintain governed semantic models and dashboards in Microsoft Fabric and Power BI
Collaborate with Data Science to productionise models into robust datasets and reporting assets
Implement governance and security standards, including RLS, sensitivity labels, and DLP policies
Drive automation through Fabric AI Skill, reducing manual reporting and accelerating insights
Establish QA processes and deployment pipelines with the Global Delivery Centre for scalable delivery
Communicate ROI improvements and commercial impact of BI initiatives to senior stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Expertise in Microsoft Fabric and Power BI (semantic models, DAX, deployment pipelines)
Strong understanding of governance, security, and compliance in BI environments
Experience in automation and agentic reporting using AI-driven tools
Proven ability to link BI initiatives to business outcomes and quantify ROI
Collaborative approach with cross-functional teams, including Data Science and engineering
Preferred
Familiarity with panel operations, survey data, and performance metrics
Experience with distributed delivery models and CI/CD for BI
