Lead HR systems onboarding and integrations following an acquisition
Focus on bringing the acquired company onto existing PeopleSoft HR, UKG, and ADP platforms
Integrate HRIS and time-tracking systems with a Salesforce-based Work Order Management system
Partner closely with internal specialists to design compliant solutions while preserving business-specific requirements
Qualification
Required
10+ years ERP implementation experience with HRIS platforms (PeopleSoft HR, UKG, ADP)
8+ years of Project Management experience
At least one client-referenced project integrating HRIS & time-tracking with Salesforce or a Work Order Management system
Proven experience supporting enterprise HR transformations and integrations
Bachelor's degree required
