Mid, Senior LevelScalence L.L.C. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Agile Scrum Master to guide two cross-functional Agile teams. The role involves ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.

Responsibilities
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
Act as a coach and mentor to team members, Product Owners, and stakeholders to promote Agile best practices
Identify and remove impediments to team progress, escalating as necessary
Track and report team metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.) to drive transparency and improvement
Coordinate dependencies and align delivery across both teams
Support Product Owners in backlog refinement and prioritization
Promote Agile maturity and innovation across the organization
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Scrum Master for multiple Agile teams
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills
Experience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps)
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
Certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or PMI-ACP
Preferred
Experience with CICD Build & Deployment tools
