Responsibilities

Perform assembly and testing of products according to specifications and quality standards
Diagnose and troubleshoot assembly and testing issues, providing solutions to ensure timely production
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve assembly processes and product quality

Required

Proven experience in assembly and testing in a manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of assembly processes and testing methodologies
Experience with hand tools and testing equipment relevant to the assembly and testing of products
Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including schematics and assembly instructions
3 plus years of experience in assembly and testing roles
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred

High School Diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus
Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles is a plus
