Provide exceptional, empathetic customer service while multitasking between a multi-line phone system and in-person clients
Process payments and financial transactions accurately
Answer client questions and provide clear, helpful information about our services
Support the medical team by helping balance scheduled appointments, walk-ins, and urgent cases
Qualification
Required
3+ years of client service experience
Proficiency in answering incoming phone calls, emails, and texts
Proficiency in scheduling appointments efficiently and accurately
Proficiency in processing invoices, payments, and financial transactions
Proficiency in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in collaborating with the clinical team to balance scheduled visits, walk-ins, and urgent cases
Preferred
Previous veterinary experience highly preferred
