Responsibilities
Define product vision, roadmap, and success metrics aligned with business goals
Partner with business leaders to translate needs into clear product requirements
Support in-depth business reviews and executive-level presentations
Own end-to-end delivery of Salesforce-based digital products
Manage multiple products using Agile methodologies
Partner closely with designers and developers to deliver high-quality solutions
Act as a key liaison between business and technical teams
Influence and gain alignment across stakeholders at all levels
Support and enable cross-functional product teams
Qualification
Required
5–7 years of experience delivering digital products and end-consumer experiences
3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce product experience including Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data/App Cloud
Strong experience overseeing multiple products in Agile environments
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder influence skills
Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field
