Administrative Assistant Clinical Services
Unity House of Troy is dedicated to making life better for communities and is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support their Clinical Services Team. The role involves managing medical records, coordinating communication, and performing various office tasks to support individuals with mental health issues.

Responsibilities
Manage and maintain medical records with strict confidentiality
Operate and coordinate the management information system
Maintain accounting and budget records for clients and program expenditures
Triaging incoming phone calls and ensuring proper routing
Coordinate communication between the program and recipients
Perform general office tasks including photocopying, faxing, and filing
Greet and assist visitors in a professional, friendly manner
Contribute to a work culture of inclusion and belonging
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred
Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative or medical records role
Experience in a client-based setting a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Professional and courteous demeanor
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer use
NYS Driver License
