Responsibilities
Perform, lead, or facilitate engineering and transmission assessments as part of project teams to generate decision-making information for management
Support and advise on production cost modeling, market evaluations, and identification of project opportunities through technical analysis and reporting
Oversee consultants, engineers, or other subject matter experts as required to complement business development efforts and participate in external representation when necessary
Support or lead activities related to siting, permitting, licensing requirements, and prepare executive summaries or investment committee papers as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field, with a focus on power systems preferred
Strong background in transmission system analysis and a demonstrated ability to translate complex model outputs into business insights
Broad knowledge of US power industry standards, structures, policies, regulations, and fundamental understanding of electric transmission facilities
Proficiency in handling and manipulating large data sets, with excellent communication skills to convey technical findings and recommendations
