Prepare and file property tax renditions
Ensure timely payment of property tax liabilities
Maintain accurate property tax records
Reconcile and analyze property tax accounts

Assist in preparing federal and state tax returns
Defend during tax audits

Qualification
Required
B.S. in Accounting
3 - 5 years of tax compliance experience
Hands-on property tax rendition preparation
Knowledge of IFRS income tax accounting
Proficiency in Excel
Strong analytical and communication skills
Preferred
Experience with SAP and OneSource systems
Experience in federal and state income tax returns
Power BI proficiency
