Designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions using Microsoft technologies

Leading a development team

Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements

Qualification

Required

Proficiency in Microsoft development technologies, including .NET, C#, and Visual Studio

Experience with database management, SQL Server, and creating optimized queries

Strong skills in team leadership, project management, and collaboration across teams

Understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; equivalent work experience will also be considered

Preferred

Previous experience in mentoring or managing a development team is a plus
