TW PRODUCTS is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join their growing team. This role involves being the primary point of contact for client inquiries, processing customer orders, and assisting in lead generation while ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally via phone and email
Process customer orders from start to finish, ensuring on-time fulfillment and adherence to deadlines
Generate and follow up on sales leads through cold calling and email outreach
Prepare and send accurate quotes, update customer accounts, and maintain meticulous records in CRM and order management systems
Attend trade shows and conferences as needed, representing the company professionally
Prepare weekly and monthly department reports to track performance and client activity
Collaborate with shipping, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure smooth order flow and customer satisfaction
Prioritize and manage tasks efficiently to meet daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines

Required

High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree or relevant experience preferred
Experience or comfort with cold calling and lead generation is a strong plus

Strong attention to detail and proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software
Ability to travel occasionally for trade shows (company-sponsored)
Professional, customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills

Preferred

Previous experience in customer support, inside sales, or order processing from start to finish
Familiarity with quoting systems and order management platforms
Experience in a trade show or client-facing event role
