Responsibilities
Act as a key bridge between our corporate business units and the IT department, facilitating communication and translating business needs into technical solutions
Acknowledge and resolve service tickets within SLAs, perform root cause analysis, and execute SQL scripts to resolve functional and technical issues
Maintain front and backend applications, analyze environment logs, and support Windows and Linux-based systems
Analyze business processes to identify technology opportunities that reduce costs and improve efficiency
Contribute to QA testing, support end-users during deployments, and maintain clear project documentation
Qualification
Required
1+ years of experience in an IT or technical analyst role
Comfortable with Windows Server, Active Directory, and basic database concepts (MS SQL or Oracle)
Ability to gather and prioritize business needs (BRDs)
Desire to work with data tools like Power BI or MS Power Apps
Experience (or a strong interest) in Agile working environments
Self-motivated and take ownership of assigned tasks
Understanding of SSO integration, cybersecurity stacks, and compliance controls (such as SOX)
Excellent communication skills to foster relations between system users and technical team members
Proficiency in Windows OS and basic computer architecture (Databases, ETLs, Network, Firewalls)
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Experience with (or ability to quickly learn) ServiceNow
Strong customer focus and the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
