Ensuring that all parties are aligned on project objectives and deliverables
Maintaining proper documentation and communication throughout the project life cycle
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in business analysis or requirements coordination within an IT consulting or project management environment
Experience in gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements from both internal and external stakeholders
Strong understanding of project life cycles and methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
Ability to facilitate meetings, conduct workshops, and present findings in both written and verbal formats
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficient in creating and maintaining documentation, including requirements specifications, project charters, and status reports
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at various levels
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
Preferred
Familiarity with IT consulting practices and project management tools
Experience working in the insurance or healthcare industries is a plus
