Responsibilities
Lead the production of comprehensive RFQ/RFP responses, collaborating with senior leadership to develop win-strategies and high-impact layouts
Design and produce multi-channel marketing collateral (digital and print) that maintains our high standard of visual excellence
Manage and produce engaging content for social media, email campaigns, and our website
Assist in the implementation of CRM and digital asset management systems to keep our 'creative library' seamless
Coordinate project photography, video interviews, and on-site filming to capture the life of our buildings
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of marketing experience, ideally within the Architecture, Engineering, or Construction (AEC) industry
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign is your second language) and Microsoft Office
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related design field from an accredited institution
Fluent or business-level English proficiency
US Citizen, Green Card holder, or on a path to citizenship
Preferred
Experience with WordPress or similar CMS
