Lead generation for HVAC replacement, service, and plumbing
Campaign execution across digital channels (LSAs, PPC, social, email, reputation)
Tracking and reporting on CPL, ROI, conversion rates, and call volume
Managing campaigns directly (not just 'coordinating with agencies')
Testing, adjusting, and scaling what works — quickly
Youtube is also our bread and butter
Qualification
Required
Experience in lead generation for HVAC replacement, service, and plumbing
Campaign execution across digital channels (LSAs, PPC, social, email, reputation)
Ability to track and report on CPL, ROI, conversion rates, and call volume
Experience managing campaigns directly (not just coordinating with agencies)
Ability to test, adjust, and scale marketing strategies quickly
Understanding of home services marketing or ability to master it fast
Ability to thrive in high standards and high expectations
Willingness to take real ownership of results
Experience driving leads in a performance-based environment
Ability to track metrics and explain their importance
Ability to handle accountability when campaigns underperform
