ELECTRICAL SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Responsibilities
Complete all assigned tasks independently, or with an apprentice as needed
Install, pull, and terminate all types of data and cable wiring, including Cat 6, coaxial, and TSP; knowledge of fiber optics and fusion splicing is a plus
Complete electrical and low-voltage rough-in work with proficiency
Bend conduit by hand (½" to 1¼"); experience with larger conduit bending is a plus.Proficiency with electrical and low voltage rough-in work
Read blueprints and perform accurate field layout from sketches
Strong knowledge of electrical systems and the ability to troubleshoot/repair, a must
Electronically submit details of work orders upon completion
Handle on-call work as needed
Professionally and timely communication with customers and Service Manager regarding the scope of service calls
Maintain clean work areas. Ensure that materials, tools, and equipment are maintained in an orderly and safe fashion
Communicate with other employees and management in a professional manner
Conform to company policies, procedures, and safety requirements
Qualification
Required
Experienced Electrical Service Technician

Strong technical abilities
Professionalism and adherence to safety standards
