Prepare GAAP‑compliant financial statements
Analyze trends and variances; provide strategic insights
Support CFO with special projects
Partner on annual budgets and ongoing forecasts
Track results vs. budget and recommend adjustments
Build financial models
Oversee tax filings and ensure accurate reporting
Manage audits and internal controls
Stay current with regulatory changes
Manage cash flow planning and banking relationships
Optimize working capital
Support long‑term planning and business initiatives

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
CPA required
5+ years in a Controller role; 2+ years in leadership
Strong GAAP knowledge and internal controls background
