Responsibilities
Provide engineering solutions and project management for data flows supporting tactical mission partners in support of the Data Transformation Solutions (DTS) TTO
Elicit and refine requirements, schedule work breakdown to deliverables, document artifacts, and provide roadmaps and schedules for implementing end-to-end data flows
Apply systems engineering principles throughout the systems life cycle phases: Concept, Development, Production, Utilization, Support, and Retirement
Interact with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and for associated problems, issues or conflicts
Communicate with other program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives
Ensure technical integrity, quality, and completeness of work performed and deliverables associated with one or more of the 25 process areas defined by ISO/IEC15288
Qualification
Required
TS/SCI with agency appropriate poly
Bachelor's degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus fifteen (15) years of systems engineering experience
A High School Diploma or GED plus nineteen (19) years of general systems engineering experience (any Process Area)
A Master's degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus thirteen (13) years of systems engineering experience
A PhD in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus thirteen (13) years of systems engineering experience
Preferred
Experience with TechSIGINT (ELINT, FISINT and PROFORMA) collection
Experience with Electronic Warfare operations, sensors and related data
Familiar with data formats such as CSV, JSON, PCAP and XML
Understanding of tactical datalinks and command and control signals
Understanding of data architectures
Experience with Intelligence Community
Experience with DoD Service Intelligence Centers (such as NASIC)
Understanding of DoD - command structures and relationships
Experience with customer mission partners
