Engage internal clients through inbound and outbound phone communication
Serve as initial and ongoing support throughout the account opening and maintenance lifecycle
Provide exceptional, world-class service to internal stakeholders
Answer questions regarding document status, processing, updates, and general account maintenance
Ensure accounts adhere to internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Identify and resolve issues promptly and effectively
Maintain performance and adaptability in a dynamic, evolving environment
Qualification
Required
1–2 years of experience in financial services or customer service
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Dependable and service-oriented mindset
Self-starter with the ability to work independently
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Bachelor's degree (preferred)
