Candidates must have experience with delivery, communication, collaboration, senior leadership communication, problem solving, meeting management, and people management
Hands on with modern technology stacks, Agile methodology, Java, MongoDB, Microservices, AWS, Angular or Frontend technologies, automation testing and frameworks, Agile practitioner-deeper level of understanding
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field
5+ years of hands-on Program/Project Management experience
Technical background and experience working directly with development teams
Proven track record of leading complex technical projects
Agile Scrum Master certification and practical Agile delivery experience
Strong SDLC experience; familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-ready presentations
Exceptional organization, analytical, and coordination abilities
Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Experience implementing AI or automation tools within the SDLC
Prior experience leading teams or managing people
Mortgage, underwriting, or broader financial services industry knowledge
Experience supporting senior leadership and cross-functional initiatives
PMP or additional project management certifications
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
