Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Guidewire PolicyCenter design, development, and implementation
Drive SaaS implementations or migration from on-prem/self-managed PolicyCenter environments
Design and develop PCFs, business rules, data model extensions, and GUnit tests
Lead and support integrations with external portals, digital platforms, and downstream systems
Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
Ensure adherence to Guidewire best practices, coding standards, performance, and upgrade readiness
Oversee unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT and production deployments
Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership across delivery phases
Qualification
Required
ACE Certified in Guidewire PolicyCenter Configuration
10+ years of overall IT experience with strong focus on Guidewire PolicyCenter
Minimum 2 full lifecycle PolicyCenter implementations in Personal Lines and/or Commercial Lines
Experience implementing PolicyCenter v10 SaaS or migrating on-prem implementations to SaaS
Strong expertise in PCF configuration, Business Rules and Data Models, GOSU and GUnit
Hands-on experience with REST services, Message queues and Batch processes
Experience with Guidewire Cloud Data Access (CDA) platform
Strong Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain knowledge
Experience delivering integrations and digital transformation initiatives
Technical Degree or Equivalent experience
