Responsibilities

Develop GaMEP project opportunities from initiation through delivery
Assist clients with building strong human resource management processes and employee development programs
Partner with client leadership teams to develop and coach an organization's human resource and talent strategy
Provide coaching and guidance to HR generalists, management, and other staff
Analyze trends in compensation and benefits; research and propose competitive base and incentive pay programs
Advise best practices for learning and development programs and initiatives
Conduct compliance training to meet federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in HR and employment law
Facilitate leadership interpersonal skill training and team building
Assist with the development of client employee incentive plans

Required

A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Organizational Psychology, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and work experience)
A Master's degree in in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Organizational Psychology, or a related/relevant field and three (3) years of relevant full-time experience after completion of that degree
A Master's degree in in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Organizational Psychology, or a related/relevant field and five (5) years of relevant full-time experience after completion of a Bachelor's degree
A Doctoral degree in in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Organizational Psychology, or a related/relevant field
A Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Organizational Psychology, or related/relevant field and seven (7) years of relevant full-time experience after completion of that degree
A Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Organizational Psychology, or related/relevant field and nine (9) years of relevant full-time experience after completion of a Bachelor's degree
A Doctoral degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Organizational Psychology, or related/relevant field and four (4) years of relevant full-time experience after completion of a Bachelor's degree

Preferred

8-10 years of related experience with a strong HR and leadership development background, including facilitating Clifton Strengths
Manufacturing Industry Experience Is Preferred
SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred
Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, conflict-resolution, organizational, and analytical skills
Knowledge of employment laws
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Ability to assess HRIS and talent systems
