Front Desk Receptionist
PrismHR is seeking a reliable and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of their office. This role is essential to daily operations and involves handling administrative tasks, supporting the Office Manager, and ensuring excellent service to clients.
Responsibilities
Answer and manage 6+ phone lines, occasionally handling 2–3 calls simultaneously
Provide professional, friendly, and courteous customer service in person and by phone
Schedule client appointments using our online scheduling system
Greet and check in clients upon arrival
Receive, open, and process incoming mail
Take client payments in person and over the phone
Support the Office Manager with daily administrative needs
Monitor office supplies and notify management when reordering is needed
Perform light front-lobby cleaning throughout the day, including:
Keeping the reception area clean and organized
Watering office plants weekly
Taking out trash at the end of each shift
Assist with office décor for select holidays
Use office software and communication tools (training provided)
Qualification
Required
Reliable, friendly, and highly organized
Serve as the first point of contact for clients—both in person and over the phone
Handle administrative tasks and support the Office Manager

Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Preferred
Prior experience as a receptionist or in a front desk role preferred
Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams is a plus
