Responsibilities

Handle full-cycle IT/Non-IT recruitment for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time roles
Work closely with clients, account managers, and hiring managers to understand job requirements
Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS, referrals, and networking
Screen candidates for technical skills, communication, and cultural fit
Coordinate and manage interview processes and candidate follow-ups
Negotiate rates/salaries and manage offer processes
Maintain accurate candidate data and recruitment metrics in ATS
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for recurring and niche IT skills
Ensure compliance with US employment and staffing regulations

Required

5–8+ years of experience in IT recruitment (US staffing preferred)
Proven experience recruiting for IT roles such as Developers, Cloud, Data, DevOps, QA, and Infrastructure
Strong knowledge of US work authorizations (W2, C2C, 1099)
Hands-on expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS tools
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
