Responsibilities
Evaluate Customer Requirements
Review RFQs, drawings, samples, and specifications to assess feasibility, define scope, and recommend retrofit solutions
Develop & Validate Retrofit Solutions
Support research, process development, testing, and validation to ensure solutions meet technical, quality, and regulatory requirements
Project Coordination & Costing
Prepare quotes and cost estimates, support parts procurement, and assist with planning to meet customer timelines and budgets
Installation & Commissioning Support
Collaborate with Field Service teams during installation, debugging, testing, and commissioning through project close-out
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain technical documentation, update customer and project records, and generate post-project reports
Additional Duties
Perform other engineering or project-related tasks as required
Qualification
Required
Ability to read and interpret electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic drawings
Experience working with BOMs, SOPs, and technical documentation
Solid understanding of industrial machinery and automation systems
Basic knowledge of project coordination and cost estimation
Strong written and verbal communication skills (English required)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
Proficient with Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools
Ability to travel up to 25%
Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of experience in engineering, automation, or related industrial roles
Preferred
Spanish and/or French language skills
Experience with SolidWorks (3D)
Background with filler and capper machinery
Mechatronics, electrical, or electronics experience
Experience in OEM or industrial packaging environments
