Responsibilities
Oversee all accounting functions (A/P, A/R, payroll, GL, inventory, job costing)
Deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP
Manage budgets, forecasts, and divisional P&Ls, providing variance analysis and strategic insights
Drive cost accounting
Strengthen internal controls, optimize ERP systems, and improve financial processes
Lead and mentor accounting staff, fostering a culture of accuracy and accountability
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 3+ years in a supervisory role
Strong background in manufacturing or production accounting; service-based cost structures a plus
ERP/accounting systems expertise
advanced Excel skills
Preferred
CPA or CMA designation strongly preferred
SAP preferred
