Responsibilities
Lead the design, simulation, modeling, prototyping, and testing of RF components and subsystems operating across VHF to Ku-band frequencies
Develop RF layouts and 3D models using advanced design software
Perform RF and microwave circuit analysis and optimization using simulation tools
Conduct lab testing and validation using network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and other RF/microwave test equipment
Work cross-functionally with electrical, mechanical, and drafting teams to support product development from concept through final qualification
Continuously contribute to design enhancements and system improvements
Adapt to new challenges and responsibilities as projects evolve
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Physics
Experience in RF/microwave design and passive component development (e.g., splitters, isolators, combiners, filters)
Proficiency with simulation tools such as ANSYS HFSS, CST, or equivalent
Working knowledge of RF testing practices and tools such as VNAs, spectrum analyzers, and noise figure meters
Strong analytical and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple technical tasks and deadlines independently
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
