Russell Tobin's client is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle inquiries related to elections and pensions. The role involves providing accurate information, assisting participants with processes, and documenting interactions in a professional environment.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls from participants regarding elections and pension-related inquiries
Provide accurate and timely information to callers about upcoming changes and options
Assist participants in making elections and completing required processes
Document call details and participant interactions accurately in the system
Navigate multiple screens and knowledge bases to find relevant information
Follow all scheduled breaks and work hours as assigned
Maintain a professional, quiet, and distraction-free workspace for calls
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Reliable internet speed of at least 50 Mbps
Hardline ethernet connection (Wi-Fi not acceptable)
Must have basic computer skills (typing, navigating multiple screens, searching databases, and documenting calls)
Must be within 1 hour of the listed office locations for occasional in-office support
Preferred
Experience with pensions, office environments, or call centers preferred but not required
