Director/ExecutiveInsure Technology is a rapidly growing, multi-site healthcare organization seeking an experienced Director of Human Resources to lead HR operations across clinical and administrative teams. The role involves managing employee relations, overseeing HR functions, and collaborating with executive leadership in a fast-paced medical setting.

Responsibilities
Serve as the senior HR leader supporting multi-site clinical operations
Partner directly with executive leadership, physicians, and operational directors
Confidently manage and resolve employee relations matters, including those involving senior leaders
Navigate resistance to change while driving policy, process, and cultural alignment
Oversee all HR functions including employee relations, compliance, performance management, compensation, and benefits
Build and refine HR systems and policies to support continued organizational growth
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and healthcare-specific employment regulations
Lead workforce planning, talent development, and leadership support initiatives
Support HR technology platforms and workflows; familiarity with healthcare EMRs is beneficial
Qualification
Required
Senior HR leadership experience within medical clinics, healthcare practices, or similar clinical environments
Demonstrated ability to manage pushback from physicians, directors, and executive stakeholders
Strong generalist background with the ability to think and operate strategically
Proven experience handling sensitive employee relations matters
Excellent communication, influence, and conflict-management skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Preferred
Experience in multi-site or growth-stage healthcare organizations
Familiarity with Athena or comparable EMR systems preferred
Experience supporting physician-led or private equity–backed healthcare groups
HR certification (SHRM, PHR, SPHR) or Master's degree
