Desktop Support Specialist
Net2Source (N2S) is seeking a Desktop Support Specialist to provide Level 2 support. The role requires an experienced technician to resolve issues proactively and maintain customer communication while documenting tickets.
Responsibilities
This role requires an experienced Desktop support L2 tech background in similar roles in the past
Ability to take initiative to resolve issues, even when there is ambiguity, to find the solution, keep the customer updated, and properly document tickets are all extremely important in this role

Experienced Desktop support L2 tech background in similar roles in the past
Ability to take initiative to resolve issues, even when there is ambiguity
Keep the customer updated
Properly document tickets
Ability to work alone as this is a single tech site
High emotional intelligence with strong communication skills
Ability to have face to face conversations with a variety of personnel and levels
Great troubleshooting and diagnostic skills in identifying root causes
Ability to resolve problems proactively
Preferred
Life Sciences / Healthcare background is a plus
