They are seeking a Financial Analyst I to support financial reporting, analysis, and planning activities by preparing routine reports, assisting with forecasts and budgets, and analyzing financial data.

Responsibilities
Prepare standard monthly and ad hoc financial reports under guidance from senior analysts or leadership
Assist with the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial models by gathering data and performing basic analysis
Support analysis of income statement results and variances to budget or forecast
Compile and validate financial data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and completeness
Partner with accounting and operational teams to support project-level and business-unit financial tracking
Assist with the monthly close process and support special projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required
0–2 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related role (internships or co-op experience may be considered)
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, data analysis)
Preferred
Experience with ERP, accounting, or financial reporting systems
