Responsibilities

Join the Environmental Law practice group as a non-partnership track Senior Attorney
Work on compliance counseling, enforcement defense, litigation, permitting, and other regulatory authorizations
Engage in agency rulemaking and collaborate with a diverse team
Provide direct client contact, mentoring, and training
Work on long-term projects with established clients

Required

At least six years of experience practicing environmental law in the context of compliance counseling, enforcement defense, litigation, permitting and other regulatory authorizations, or agency rulemaking

Excellent written and oral communication skills
Virginia bar membership required within one year of joining the firm
