Responsibilities
Ability to connect content and campaigns to business goals, including funnels, launches, seasonal moments, and revenue impact
Deep understanding of the target customer, platform behaviors, and brand voice. Beauty industry knowledge and genuine enthusiasm for beauty are non-negotiable
Ability to translate ideas into compelling visuals and narratives through concepts, shot lists, hooks, and storytelling arcs across social, email, web, and video
Strong operational excellence across briefs, timelines, approvals, asset management, and collaboration with design, Customer Experience, Operations, and leadership
Ability to analyze performance data (engagement, CTR, conversions), extract insights, and iterate based on results rather than personal preference
Own and track timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across influencer and campaign initiatives from concept through launch and post-campaign recap
Maintain daily accountability for active marketing initiatives, ensuring deadlines and priorities are consistently met
Manage campaign tasks with clear ownership and follow-through
Provide status tracking, reporting, and progress updates
Conduct cross-functional follow-ups with Retail, Customer Experience, and Operations teams
Support copy drafting for campaigns, product pages, and internal briefs
Confidently communicate product value across all marketing platforms
Proactively seek clarification to prevent misalignment
Perform brand alignment checks to ensure consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging
Proofread and review formatting to maintain quality and accuracy
Ensure consistency across all platforms and customer touchpoints
Track basic performance metrics across campaigns and content
Compile post-campaign summaries, insights, and performance recaps
Provide thoughtful recommendations for optimization and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years of experience at a consumer goods e-commerce brand, with verifiable contributions
Efficient working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
Efficient working knowledge of Excel
Efficient working knowledge of Canva
Efficient working knowledge of Social Media analytics and tools
Efficient working knowledge of video capture and editing skills
Ability to capture high-quality images using a professional camera and edit accordingly
Anticipates needs before they are requested; solutions-oriented mindset
Demonstrates ownership and accountability beyond task-level execution
Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
Proactive rather than reactive, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Confident in product-based marketing and aligned with luxury brand standards
Reliable, communicative, and consistently accountable
Working experience with digital ads (TikTok, Meta)
Working experience with Shopify
Working experience with Klaviyo (email creation and flow builds)
