Responsibilities
Manage employment disputes, including harassment, discrimination, retaliation, termination, and wage & hour matters
Handle pre-litigation counseling, single plaintiff cases, and class/PAGA actions
Draft and respond to pleadings, discovery requests, motions (dismissal, summary judgment/adjudication), mediation and trial briefs, and other trial documents
Prepare for and participate in depositions and trial proceedings
Serve as a trusted advisor for clients, providing practical, solution-focused legal guidance
Qualification
Required
California Bar membership required
3–8 years of experience in California employment litigation
Strong analytical, writing, and research skills
Superior academic performance and professional maturity
Personable, collaborative, and committed to delivering high-quality client service
