Responsibilities
Develop and maintain AWS configuration management processes and standards
Build and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform
Support AWS Code Suite pipelines (CodeCommit, CodeBuild, CodeDeploy, CodePipeline)
Manage multi-environment deployments (Dev/Test/Stage/Prod)
Implement automated backup, patching, and compliance processes
Manage SSL/TLS certificate lifecycle across AWS services
Maintain detailed documentation and provide team training
Qualification

Hybrid schedule (on-site presence required)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
8+ years configuration management experience, including:
Terraform and IaC methodologies
AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, ACM)
Cloud backup and automated patching
SSL/TLS certificate management
Preferred
Scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
AWS and/or Terraform certifications
State or local government experience
Agile or project management tools
Organizational Change Management (OCM) experience
