Become a trusted advisor: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and develop strategic security solutions that win them over
Hunt new business: Identify and qualify leads, generate fresh opportunities, and convert competitor accounts into loyal DH Pace customers
Master the sales cycle: From prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing, you'll orchestrate a winning sales plan, showcasing your expertise in every step
Design solutions that impress: Translate client needs into effective estimates, and proposals, ensuring smooth project execution and exceeding expectations
Collaborate and communicate like a pro: Seamlessly work with internal teams, vendors, subcontractors, and clients, fostering strong relationships through clear and concise communication

Required

All applicants must possess a valid driver's license
Successful completion of references, employment verifications, background check, drug screen, and driving record (if applicable) required in advance of hire

Preferred

Knowledge of security systems and industry trends is a plus, but your passion for learning will take you far
