Superintendent
Ground Up Construction Recruiting is partnered with a local commercial general contractor in Lincoln to help them hire a Superintendent. The role involves leading projects and making decisions in the field while contributing to the company's growth and delivering high-quality projects that positively impact the community.

Qualification
Required
Experience as a Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent in construction
Ability to lead projects
Desire to grow with a smaller company
Self-motivated to build great projects for the community
Ability to make decisions in the field
Preferred
Experience in design-bid-build projects
Experience with public work projects
Experience with private work projects
Experience in managing projects that include schools, fitness/athletic complexes, offices, churches, parks, and fire stations
