Design and execute system and product test cases based on customer workflows
Investigate and reproduce customer issues; collaborate with dev teams on resolution
Document test procedures, record results, and report status
Support development teams with test consulting and backlog planning
Drive continuous improvement and automate tests where feasible
Qualification
Required
BS/MS in Engineering, Software, or related field
2+ years experience in testing, application engineering, or dev
Knowledge of industrial automation products/applications
Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
Preferred
Agile & test methodologies; PLC languages (LAD, SCL)
Industrial protocols (OPC UA, PROFINET, HMI)
C#, test frameworks (NUnit/MSTest), Git/TFS
Industrial safety (Failsafe PLCs, Profisafe)
