Responsibilities

Implement, configure, and support Epic Occupational Medicine across Ambulatory, EpicCare Link, Cadence, HIM, and Resolute Billing
Follow build guides and project plans; design and validate workflows with Occupational Medicine customers
Configure scheduling, Express Lanes, SmartSets, service templates, billing workflows, confidentiality settings, employer portal (EpicCare Link), and reporting
Optimize workflows for pre-employment exams, DOT physicals, drug screens, workers’ compensation, biometric screenings, audiology, and regulatory forms
Support client billing, workers’ compensation billing, charge routing, and revenue cycle integration
Build Reporting Workbench reports and support data import/export
Ensure compliance with confidentiality, security, and regulatory standards (e.g., DOT 49 CFR Part 40)
Lead testing, training, go-live, issue tracking, risk management, documentation, and post-live support
Collaborate with IT, clinical, billing, HR, compliance, employer partners, and vendors
Provide project leadership, mentoring, process improvement, and stakeholder communication

Required

Bachelor's degree
3+ years experience in information systems or healthcare IT
Epic Certification: Ambulatory, Cadence, and/or Resolute Billing (all three preferred)
Experience with Occupational Medicine workflows
Strong project management skills (3+ years preferred)
Knowledge of inpatient and/or ambulatory healthcare operations
Epic build, configuration, documentation, testing, training, and support experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Microsoft Teams
Strong communication, presentation, customer service, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities, influence without authority, and meet timelines
Experience with process improvement methodologies
Comfort working hybrid/remote and traveling locally as needed

Preferred

Epic Certification: Ambulatory, Cadence, and/or Resolute Billing (all three preferred)
Strong project management skills (3+ years preferred)
