Responsibilities
Cultivating relationships with intermediaries & corporate executives
Educating constituents on the firm's history, strategy, and target investment approach
Generating & identifying potential opportunities to drive capital deployment across sectors & funds
Validate & communicate interest in targets to intermediaries
Generate & review transaction development ideas, in coordination with M&A
Develop deep understanding of existing portfolio companies, to source add-on opportunities
Support NDA and deal intake process, collaborating with counsel
Maintain & monitor CRM system to capture information used to track relationships & opportunities
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or similarly focused M&A or financing oriented environment
Understanding of accounting, corporate finance, financial statement analysis, and valuation (LBO models, DCFs, public comparable, transaction precedents)
General sales aptitude and comfort with both warm and cold outreach
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and experience dealing with high volumes of deal flow
