Project Manager - Brand Campaigns
Crawford Group is seeking a Brand Campaign Project Manager to support their enterprise client's Brand Marketing team. The role involves coordinating various brand initiatives, ensuring campaigns run smoothly, and managing communication between internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Brand Media Coordination: Manage the coordination process for brand media campaigns (e.g., display, video, social, paid editorial) including coordinating assets, sharing with the agency, and ensuring accurate creative deployment across platforms
Creative Project Management: Act as the primary liaison between the Brand Marketing team and the Creative/Design team, managing the end-to-end lifecycle of creative tickets, ensuring all necessary information (specs, deadlines, feedback) is provided and approvals are secured promptly
UTM Parameter Creation & Governance: Own the process for creating, distributing, and governing UTM tracking codes for brand campaigns deployed by the agency to ensure consistent and accurate data collection
Thought Leadership Program Management: Support the operational execution of thought leadership programs
Performance Tracking & Reporting: Consolidate, track, and organize brand and program metrics (e.g., media performance, content engagement, thought leadership impact) into clear, visually compelling decks for regular reporting to leadership and stakeholders
Documentation & Organization: Maintain clean and organized documentation for all projects, assets, trafficking details, and reporting metrics
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in project management, program coordination, or operations within a marketing or brand team (agency or in-house)
Experience with digital media strategy and creative coordination
Strong understanding of marketing measurement
Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving
Proficiency in creating polished presentations/decks (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote) to clearly communicate results
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Familiarity with Asana
Experience working with B2B or high-growth technology brands
Experience managing vendor or agency relationships
