Responsibilities
Plaintiff-side employment litigation across FEHA, wage and hour, retaliation, and wrongful termination
Full ownership of cases from intake through resolution
Taking and defending depositions, motion practice, and courtroom advocacy
Mediation and settlement negotiations on a contingency basis
Managing multiple active matters autonomously
Qualification
Required
5+ years of plaintiff-side employment litigation experience
Proven ability to lead cases independently end to end
Strong deposition, motion, and courtroom skills
Experience in a contingency-fee environment
Self-motivated, results-oriented mindset
Active California Bar admission
