Ocean Export and Import Customer Service Coordinator

Responsibilities
Make reference and arrange for import shipment
After finish arrangement, make our billing invoice
Making booking based on customer request for export shipment
Providing booking confirmation to export customer
Arranging pick up and submit AES
After confirming on board, making our export invoice
Qualification
Required
Strong teamwork skills and inclination
Good communications skill – listening, providing and receiving feedback
Process improvement
Patience – ability to deal with complex processes that may involve multiple levels of approval
High school diploma or equivalency certificate or significant or relevant or appropriate working experience. Some college desirable
Strong quantitative and analytical skills
Strong computer and analytical skills – PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
