Responsibilities

Designing, implementing, and integrating advanced AI/ML capabilities, including Large Language Model (LLM)-driven workflows, intelligent document processing, and AI-assisted engineering solutions

Qualification

Required

7 years of experience in AI/ML, Data Science, or Applied Machine Learning roles
Strong hands-on experience with LLMs and NLP
Proficiency in Python for AI development
Experience working with vector databases and embeddings
Experience deploying AI models and solutions into production environments
Understanding of AI risk, bias, compliance, and governance
Ability to demonstrate AI-related work via a public GitHub repository

Preferred

Experience with agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain or similar)
Hands-on experience with computer vision in production systems
Prior experience working in regulated or public-sector environments
Experience integrating AI solutions into document-heavy workflows
