Qualification
Required
Proven expertise in Operations Management, including developing efficient workflows and optimizing productivity
Strong leadership in P&L Management and the ability to manage financial planning and cost control
Experience leading exceptional Customer Service teams with a commitment to delivering client satisfaction
Demonstrated ability for Strategic Planning and the development of long-term operational goals
Proficiency in Project Management and managing complex cross-functional initiatives
Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with experience managing diverse and distributed teams
Bachelor's degree required
Preferred
MBA or equivalent advanced degree
