Talent Acquisition Reporting and Analytics Supervisor

Responsibilities
Owns the Talent Acquisition reporting and analytics strategy, including definition, development, and evolution of dashboards, recurring reports, and ad hoc analyses that support TA leadership and business decision-making
Establishes and governs TA data standards, definitions, documentation, and audit frameworks to ensure consistency, accuracy, and reliability of reporting across ATS, CRM, and downstream systems
Provides analytical leadership by interpreting trends, identifying risks and opportunities, and translating TA data into actionable insights and recommendations for TA leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
Serves as the senior subject-matter expert for TA reporting, analytics, and system data structures, collaborating with HRIS, IT, Finance, and external vendors as needed
Oversees the health, structure, and optimization of Greenhouse ATS/CRM and other TA system configurations, data models, and integrations, partnering with the TA Systems & Data Analyst on execution and issue resolution
Partners with TA Operations and recruiting teams to identify reporting gaps, improve workflow visibility, and enhance operational transparency through data and analytics
Evaluates and recommends enhancements to reporting tools, system configurations, and recruiting technologies to improve scalability, efficiency, and analytical capability
Directly supervises and develops the TA Systems & Data Analyst, including goal-setting, performance management, coaching, and cross-training to ensure continuity and effective coverage
Owns documentation, SOPs, and training materials related to TA reporting, analytics, and data governance, supporting consistent adoption and long-term sustainability
Leads or supports cross-functional projects related to reporting evolution, analytics maturity, recruiting technology optimization, and other TA initiatives as needed
Qualification
Required
4+ years of progressive experience spanning Talent Acquisition, reporting and analytics, ATS/CRM administration, and recruiting operations
Demonstrated experience supporting or leading TA reporting, dashboarding, and analytics initiatives that inform operational or leadership decision-making
Strong understanding of recruiting workflows, data models, system configurations, and integrations within Talent Acquisition environments
Ability to translate complex or imperfect data into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience mentoring, coaching, or providing functional guidance to analysts or systems-focused team members
Demonstrated ability to lead or support projects and initiatives, coordinating timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables across teams
Strong documentation and training development skills to support data standards, reporting consistency, and scalable processes
Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail, accuracy, and sound judgment in a fast-paced environment
Strong written, verbal, and virtual communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively with stakeholders across all levels
Proficiency with standard business productivity tools (Microsoft Suite or similar)
Ability to work independently while also collaborating efficiently within a team-oriented environment
Alignment with the organization's mission and interest in supporting teams within the veterinary industry
Ability to travel up to 10%, as needed
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field preferred; an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
Greenhouse ATS/CRM experience highly preferred
Direct people management experience preferred but not required
