Advise financial institutions, lenders, and borrowers on a wide range of commercial finance matters, including:
Commercial lending transactions (secured and unsecured)
Acquisition and real estate financing
Loan documentation, negotiation, and closings
Credit facilities, amendments, and restructurings
Ongoing lender-side and borrower-side counseling
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in banking, finance, or commercial lending
Strong drafting and negotiation skills
Ability to manage deals with increasing autonomy while collaborating with senior attorneys and clients
Preferred
Experience representing banks, credit unions, or institutional lenders
