Responsibilities
Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex infrastructure and network projects
Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and resources
Serve as primary liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership
Oversee vendors and subcontractors for network installation and upgrades
Track progress, report status, manage financials, and ensure quality delivery
Coordinate campus-wide installations, relocations, and infrastructure upgrades
Qualification
Required
5–6 years of IT Project Management experience
Proven experience delivering network/infrastructure projects
Higher Education industry experience is a strong plus
Strong on-site presence and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage shifting priorities in dynamic environments
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
Expertise in Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies
Proficiency with Smartsheet (required), MS Project, ServiceNow, Jira
Strong communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership
Skilled in budgeting, resource planning, risk management, and reporting
Data-driven approach to decision-making and project execution
Hands-on experience with network infrastructure
Knowledge of fiber optic, copper, and coaxial cabling
Familiarity with blueprints, construction documentation, AutoCAD
Knowledge of BCSI standards
Preferred
Project Management certification preferred (PMP, Agile, PRINCE2)
RCDD (active or inactive) or LAN Specialist/Installer/Technician certification preferred
Construction or facilities-related project exposure is a plus
