Responsibilities
Manage a multi-disciplinary team (Mechanical, Electrical, I&C, Reliability, Design)
Act as the owner’s representative for capital projects—overseeing design, procurement, construction, QA/QC, and turnover
Partner closely with site operations, maintenance, vendors, and contractors
Mentor internal engineering staff
Support Certified Reliability Engineering (CRE) initiatives
Qualification
Required
BS Mechanical or Chemical Engineering (ABET)
Licensed PE (CT or ability to obtain quickly)
15+ years facilities/process mechanical engineering experience
Strong knowledge of ASME, B31.3, SEMI, NFPA, IBC/IMC, ASHRAE
Capital project delivery, vendor submittals, field construction support
Experience with P&IDs, PFDs, BIM (AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks)
