Responsibilities
Execute testing per test specification and produce detailed technical reports
Assist with physical device set up
Assist with device/result review
Assist with training and mentoring new employees
Work directly with customers during the testing process to resolve issues
Assist with documentation for test tools and test plans as assigned
Suggest and implement improvement SOPs and quality documentation
Qualification
Required
High School Graduate or equivalent
Basic troubleshooting experience; ability to respond quickly and isolate basic issues occurring during test services
Ability to work both independently and as a team member
Effective oral and written communication skills
Basic experience creating technical documents
Preferred
Technical writing proficiency
Experience with basic Linux commands
Basic knowledge of computer networking
